Ludum Dare #20: Conquest

The theme on this one was 'Enemies as Weapons'.

I created a kind of tower defense game in which the player could spend some mana to possess enemies. These enemies would then fight for you. The balancing was done through a paper/stone/scissors approach, so you'd have to choose carefully who would you possess.

The concept of this game inspired me to build 'Grey', since I got a bit fascinated by not fighting with the actual character. Initially Grey was supposed to have visuals like Conquest, but it kind of grew from there...
